ATM/Debit Card (Mastercard)
Required to Open:
- Apply at any of our branch locations.
- Must have an existing checking account in good standing.
- No minimum balance required.
Features:
- Can be used at any ATM programmed for MasterCard.
- No monthly maintenance fee.
- Free ATM usage at:
- Branch Locations with ATMs: Adrian, Butler, Cleveland, Fort Scott, Hume, Drexel and Rich Hill
- Offsite Locations: Food Fair in Rich Hill, Nevada Eagles Lodge in Nevada, and Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler.
- ATM’s with the MONEY PASS or CIRRUS logo
Fees:
- $10 ‘Replacement Card Fee’ for lost or damaged cards.
- Withdrawals made at an ATM location, excluding the list above, may be subject to a ‘Foreign ATM Withdrawal Fee.’

Bank by Mail
Too busy to go to the bank? Or maybe your work schedule just won’t allow it. You can bank by mail.
- All mail deposits are processed the day of receipt
- Receipts are mailed back to you the same day
Cashiers Checks/Money Orders
When a personal check isn’t accepted and you don’t want to carry around a lot of cash, stop by Citizens Bank for a Money Order or Official Bank Cashiers Check. They work just like cash. Available to customers only.

Direct Deposit

- $1.00 per each additional page

Notary Service
We have a notary available at all times to notarize those important documents for you.

- Notary fee is $2.00 per document for non-customer
Safe Deposit Boxes
Don’t know what to do with those important papers or Great Grandpa’s pocket watch? Keep them in a Safe Deposit Box at any of our bank locations. We offer a variety of sizes and prices.

Stop Payments
Not satisfied with a job that you’ve already paid for? Or have you lost your checkbook or maybe even had it stolen. Just come by one of our locations and put a stop payment on a check or even a whole book of checks if necessary.
- Stop payments may be given orally or in writing
- May be requested online
- If orally or online, they must be confirmed in writing within 14 days
- A stop payment in writing is valid for 6 months
- They must be for the exact amount of item
- $10.00 charge per item
