Citizens Bank is a financial institution that focuses on identifying and meeting the lending, savings, and checking account needs of the people and businesses in our community. We believe that our excellent customer service in the form of prompt responsiveness, unique ability to custom tailor products to individual requirements, and the friendly and positive attitude we bring to banking sets us apart from others.

We believe that if a product, a price, or a fee schedule isn’t a good deal for you, it’s not a good deal for us either. We take a very long view on customer relationships and price our products accordingly. We want to serve not only you, but also your children and grandchildren. Repeat business is our best business!
